First robot-assisted knee replacement surgery performed at Brampton Civic Hospital
Earlier this month, Michael Clair became the first patient to undergo a robot-assisted total knee replacement surgery at William Osler Health System’s Brampton Civic Hospital.
The much-anticipated new robotic surgical assistant – ROSA, for short – is a welcome addition to the surgical team at Brampton Civic. One of approximately 10 ROSA® Knee Systems in use in hospitals across the country, it offers advanced technology that uses real-time information to assist surgeons with precise placement of knee implants based on a patient’s unique knee anatomy.

So, I wrote my first children’s novel. It wasn’t a graceful process, but I survived the stress and the solitude and the crippling self-doubt, and now my novel has entered the world. It’s called The Wild Robot. If you have a few minutes I’d like to tell you about it.

Trevor Devall (born November 10, 1972) is a Canadian voice actor. He worked for various other studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for years, before he relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2013.
Early life
[edit]Trevor Devall was born on November 10, 1972,[1] grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and was the youngest of five siblings. He was into theatre and did tap, jazz and Polynesian dance as a child.[2] He attended the University of Alberta for drama and directed stage productions as well as student films.[2]
Devall moved to Vancouver in 1998 to pursue a film directing career. While working for a talent agency, he made a demo tape for them and began landing work as a voice actor.[2]
