It provides Zabuli Education Center graduates and other members in the community a path to empowered employment as midwives and brings medical services to an underserved area.

Jan came to Bartlesville on Saturday night to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Daybreak Rotary Club. She was one of several speakers at the celebration, which was held at Tri County Tech.
